How sad that your sense of nationalism prevents you from trying things from other countries; sounds a bit dangerous with that strong of an attachment to such an identity.

My response is ironic.
I love Italian cuisine but I used to eat also foods from other countries.
Simply I wouldn't eat that type of pizza.

Years ago I used to work in a pizzeria.. a real one. Where we mixed, cut, weighed and kneaded the individually pieces of dough in the required amount of time before they rose too much....that crust/dough does not look tasty at all! Aside from being overcooked it doesn't look like the dough was made with the best formulation......or treated in the proper manner. Of course, I'm taking all of this from a picture. Still........
