What size would be best for you?

32 gb is ok with me, as I think I've only used 10 gb worth. It would be nice for them to go bigger though because I know a lot of people have huge libraries and need bigger, and if 32 becomes the smaller one, then I'll be ok spending less each time I upgrade.

I have over 1TB of music and a couple of serious Audio systems in my house. But, I prefer to keep my portable devices streamlined to the point of OCD-ishness. I have an 8GB Nano that I only have 6GB of music on in my car. Why? because it forces me to constantly "refresh" my music so I don't get burned out. Nothing I hate more than hitting the "NEXT" button on my steering wheel to get to another song because I'm burned out on it.

64 gig will be enough at the next update.

128 gig will be enough after that

256 would be ideal on the iPhone 7.

My music collection gets bigger faster...

I voted for the 64GB as it would probably be adequate for keeping my most popular stuff on there.

That said, I do have a little over 100GB of music, movies, TV shows and apps which I would put on given the space, and over 80GB of photos which I'm sure could find their way on as well. Bring on the 256GB iPhone :D

Honestly, I don't need any more than 32GB. I hardly use the 16GB I have now. I have all of my music on my iPod, and keep movies and TV shows on my iPad. I switch out the videos I really want to carry with me, but I mostly just use the space for photos and books.

I would like 128GB to be on the safe side. I made the mistake of grabbing a 16 GB. I don't even use it for music, I just use an old 80 gig.

I'd love to be able to put all 100 gb of music on my iphone, but there's no need for my 500 gb of vids....

I think the point is more than id like unlimited bandwidth so i can just stream everything, everywhere.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

I have a 180GB music library of high bitrate files and a capped data plan. Streaming wouldn't be feasible from a sound quality nor a data usage point. That's not even getting into battery life preservation.

The higher the capacity, the better.

My iTunes library is 700GB, so no device in the foreseeable future is ever going to be able to hold it all. On that basis, 32GB is fine for me for a while as even with 64GB or 128GB I'd need to manage the media I put on my phone, but I wouldn't say no to 64GB at the same price :)

I voted for 128GB. I definitely don't need that much space right now, but as the mobile gaming industry starts developing games that possibly compete with the 3DS and PSP 2 the games for the iPhone will get bigger and bigger.

i have a ip4 32gb and I am sure in normal situation I wont even reach 16gB, like the time I had the 3G and I never reached 10gB. so none of the above options

I think 64gb is over kill, so there's absolutely no need for 128gb. I don't have any desire to put my entire music library on my phone. Heck, I got the base model 16gb iPad and that's been serving me quite well.

I added the "none of the above" option for you

crap, looks like you did this right after my vote

I'd want at least 64GB. I have 32 now and survive just fine, but apps are getting bigger and better, I assume the camera will get 8MP or better. So what might work for your storage needs today may not work so well next year. Heck, I suspect even iOS will start to bloat and eat up much more of your storage too.

I'd vote for the 1TB option if it were available :D

But, I'd love to have a 128GB one to be able to add some more music/movies to my phone when on the go.

I am a bit of the other extreme and wish there was an 8gig version of 4. I only use my phones for streaming and web-based content, so never had a need for alot of space. Currently using a little over a gig on my Galaxy S, and my 64gig iPad has about 6 gigs taken up by various tv shows and apps for when I am traveling on a plane (ipad was given to me as a gift, otherwise I would have bought the 16g version).

What I do wish is that an 8gig iphone 4 was coming for verizon at $99 price point.
A low-end, $99 model will probably appear after the iP5 is released (it just won't be 8GB - probably 16GB, alongside the current 32GB and upcoming 64GB).

I'll need 128Gb I think ... My music is over 57Gb, and then there are other data-filling items, such as apps. Plus, there will be more media every day so I want room for expansion.

We won't see a 128Gb until Summer 2012 I think though ...

16gb is enought. so neither of those.

I feel the same way utneon :)

Cant imagine having more than 10gb of music on a phone. I'd rather just keep it on my computer and switch it around every month or so if I need something different.

As a photographer I love having as many photos with me as possible. I keep it down to about 6 GB right now, but if I had more space I'd gladly fill it with pictures.

This. I don't think I'd need 128 GB (though if somebody were givin' 'em away, I certainly wouldn't turn one down!), but 64 GB would be fantastic. I was SO hoping for that option last summer (but get why it wasn't possible), so my fingers are still crossed for this summer.

I've got a 32gig and every single song I own (4000+) is on it. I still have about 8 gig open for a few movies, but there's little point to something larger.
