I also think that its being too 'Picky' how often are you going to sit and look at the side if the laptop? Id be looking at the screen. id only send it back if there screen had imperfections and if something was really wrong with it that stopped me from using it.
I'm going to try and be as nice as I can about this. Dude, why are you really here? Some people are telling you to keep it, others are telling you to return it. The ones that are telling you to keep it, you keep coming back at them with a rebuttal as to why you should keep it?
Why don't you just take it back and get an exchange? This thread is going nowhere. The more you spend here posting rebuttal threads against people you are asking help from the more time you are wasting and not getting real work done with the computer as I am sure you bought it for that reason RIGHT?
Yes, you are at risk getting an exchange with a dead pixel and the store has the right NOT to give you another one without paying a restocking fee but we can't help you to make up your mind here, you have to do that for yourself. Take a look at this...
You say it's a "BIG" or "HUGE" gap on the lid hinge in the back but everyone else (including myself) sees only a small gap.
First you said the lid has a small creek, then you said it was squeaking.
You showed pics of the lid not closing "Perfectly" on one side vs. the other side. Some posters as saying it's tolerable.
Sounds like those things are not tolerable to YOU. So what do you think YOU should do? This thread has been going on for 2 days.
