Wouldn't it be cool if Phil spoke during the keynote and didn't say a word

about the iPhone Nano, and at the end, he says,

"But, there's just one more thing, and to do that I'd like to bring up Steve

Jobs."

And STEVE announced the iPhone Nano....

Now THAT would be AWESOME

And the reason i think Steve might have one last thing is because in an article it said that Steve wouldn't be there for the OPENING presentation....

"Apple has announced that Steve Jobs will not deliver the OPENING KEYNOTE PRESENTATION......"

Er...okay. There won't be an iPhone nano, but, what does it matter?

I'm going to go and kill myself now.
Get over the iPhone Nano.
FFS :)

If it happens, it happens.
If it doesnt, then it doesnt.

GAH!

Maybe its all a hoax, and phil walks up on stage and says
"thank you for coming"
then steve rises from the floor and says
"Phil, you could never replace me"

o_O

That would be frigtastically epic. I don't believe it would happen.

First slide after the applause dies down: "Media, get OVER yourselves!"

You mean, like, actually give the keynote? :(

No, I mean, Schiller does his closing statements, walks off, and then Steve walks on to thunderous applause with the words, "One Last Thing..." on the screen.

Not really. However, if Steve comes on stage and goes:
"One thing we forgot to mention: We will refocus on computers and we will support firewire. For this we are including two 800-ports on these new macbooks, two 800-ports and a 1600-port on the MacBook pro all with TI chipsets, , and we have come to the realisation that we can't piggy back on pro users of the past, we will have to support them continously: Introducing the 15" MATTE MBP [Cue: slideshow]"

THAT I will applaud. An iPhone Light? Nah …

Tosser, I like yo style

f*ck an iphone nano.... maybe they'll announce MMS! yea right...

Agreed...Sadly, it's more likely that Steve will jump on stage and dance like a chicken while juggling flaming steak knives than having someone announce the iPhone Nano OR MMS...

If no mms was introduced or announced, I'd be content with the chicken juggling act....

Don't make more excited than I already am!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

It'd be cool. But it would NEVER happen. It would send the wrong message, if you ask me.

Just like matte screens, they are slowly phasing out Steve.

OMG.
Steve doing the "One More Thing" would be EPIC.
But no, iPhone nano. This rumor is as old as the iPhone itself.

Battle of epic proportions ensues?

Yea, that WOULD be cool.

Is anyone wondering if The Simpsons out-Apple'd Apple vis a vis the Jobs beamed into Apple Stores?

;)

And folks - Schiller being there is a cert - but what's to stop others like COO Tim Cook from being more involved. Schiller running the show is an assumption. Might be valid, but it isn't written in stone.
