What World of Warcraft Add-Ons are most usefull to you?

    Right Now I'm using:
Titan Panel- a variety of info displayed.
CT-Mod BuffMod, PartyBuffs, and MapMod. (BuffMod is good for healers).
    Omen- Threat meter.

I see Blizzard now includes extra toolbars. I'm not sure if I really need a bar mod- any opinions?

    Thanks!

    My favs

Still a noob, but I stumbled across QuestHelper, which I think needs an extra add-on to work. The directional arrow is really nice to finish quests quickly. Also like TankPoints, as it helps me decide what gear to equip, and what to sell.

RecipeRadar isn't bad, and Atlas has some nice features.

LootLink compiles a database of all the loot you see in the game and, if you have it in your bag when at a vendor, what it sells for. Vendor prices show up in the item's tooltips, so if something good drops when your bags are full you can delete the least valuable piece/stack of vendor trash.

Recipe Book keeps track of what you and your alts can craft. Color codes recipes on vendors and tells you which alt(s) can use, or more importantly already know a recipe. Not necessary if you're only playing one toon.

I use CT Mod, though I don't use their bar mods. If you hadn't already mentioned this, I would have.

I use Auctioneer a lot. Helps maximize your income from BoE drops, herbs, metals, etc.

Thanks guys. I'm finding that I don't care for the box that Omen puts on the screen as it's just one more thing taking up space along with the CT-Mod Buff Mod. I'm currently showing two bottom bars and two right bars. It makes for a really cluttered appearance. I think I would prefer buffs showing on the left side under individual party members. Is there a mod that does that?

    Thanks! :)

BTW I hope you all use WowMatrix to install and keep your mods updated. It's the essential "mod" mod.

WoWEcon - the free add on is fine. Although if you want the extra features they are quite useful (I used EQEcon quite a bit back in the day).

    I use:

    Atlas
    Auctioneer
    Cartographer
    ClearFont2
    DruidStats
    EnhTooltip
    FreeRefills
    Informant
    ItemRack
    Koordinator
    MainAssist
    OneBag3
    OneBank
    Persistence of Chattiness (POC)
    Recount
    SpamSentry

I liked Recap better than Recount for a damage and healing meter, but unfortunately Recap hasn't been updated lately and won't work with the expansion.

The best thing is WowMatrix for keeping all your addons up to date easily. You can also easily search for and install new addons from the interface.

I use about 2 dozen mods but there are a handful I couldn't play without.

ArkInventory - all in one bag mod that lets you sort, separate, and other keep everything in order. This is a must for me as a Druid with at least 4 armor sets on me at anytime.

Bartender - the default UI is very inefficient with space and there isn't much you can do about that unless you can move the default actionbars around on the screen.

Auctioneer - the secret to my success. I will literally make 500g or so per day simply by buying low and selling high (well, and disenchanting). This allows me to bypass the gathering professions all together and get to crafting professions.

Quartz - this is a cast bar mod that doesn't really do any one thing that is irreplaceable but it does a lot of little things that as a whole I could not play without; cast bar (for me, target, focus), tradeskill bars, swing timer, countdowns, in-line latency meter.

Pitbull - again, the default UI falls on its face when it comes to unit frames. Pitbull incorporates a number of mods that I would have to find elsewhere into one addon; druid mana bar, party and raid interfaces suitable for healing, detailed information about player and target, lifebloom bar, and most of all moveable unit frames. I find it hard to play having to crane up to the upper left corner to see if I am about to die or not. Probably a result of having a 24" iMac or just laziness.

I really like the others but I can get by without them:
    beql
    Chincilla
    Clique
    CooldownCount
    CowTip
    DrDamage
    ElkBuffBars
    EQCompare
    Fubar et al
    MobInfo2
    Omen
    oRA2
    Prat
    Recount
    sct et al
    xloot
