That is correct. It was the full body kit in both cases, and they do not cover the sides.

Bummer, thanks for the confirmation. Guess I'll have to do the uber OCD thing and get a skin for top+bottom AND a hardshell case (for the sides).

I used a Wrapsol protector on an iPhone before and it was pretty good. All the best to them!

i just got one, not surprised theyve gone under the fit is awful.

i'll try and get some later, but on the lid it reaches the edge at the froth and back but theres a 1-2mm gap at both sides
