Well lorenwade. I do agree with the other posters that you don't see how their claim is incorrect and defend it like they pay you or you're just a wrapsol fanboi. .
I'm a reasonable person. There's no reason to call me names or make judgments on what or who I am.
I simply shared my experience and in my experience, Wrapsol did protect from drops. Period. I dropped it many times. Go search youtube. Find some vids of people dragging the a phone with wrapsol behind a car at 35mph or the one where they dropped it from 6ft. I encourage you to do your own research and make your own decision.
I also agreed that the claim is probably bogus on the iPhone 4. All I know is Wrapsol is a great product and they treated me well. If you don't like it, that's totally your prerogative.
You will not find one post from me putting down another person. I will discuss and debate anything with a friendly attitude.
Look at my history in this thread:
Agreed. No film can protect from glass breakage.
There's no "warning" here!
Agreed, except on the 3G and 3Gs models. Because the body was plastic, I'd dropped mine many times "naked" with only Ghost Armor (Wrapsol is even better) and the plastic never broke. The glass is a different story, especially with the iPhone 4.
Guys. It does offer drop protection. My 3G lasted tons of falls on an inferior product. The difference here is it's a glass phone! It can't prevent much drop damage for glass. Otherwise, their claim is correct.
For the iPhone 4, probably. For other phones, probably not.
I made it clear that it won't protect from glass breakage and that it's probably a bogus claim for the iPhone 4.
I'm basically agreeing with you.
