I think he was kidding although I was debating it for this type of game. In the end though, I couldn't see any advantage in revealing my role since the scavenger will grab my power tonight anyhow and once your role is known, you are dead in any case. Ten minutes till SouthernDad can end the day early

We need to consolidate our votes this turn if we want usable voting data. If a player only has one vote and it's your vote, you need to switch to either Plutonius, SouthernDad or Twietee.
Plutonius - 4

Twietee - 2

to answer the role question, since in this version the scavenger only has one blind shot at picking their power, it might help if they have a hint on what they are doing, especially if the power is a powerful one. similarly for the executioner.
a stalwart might want to come out, since they cannot be infected anyway and gives the village another shot at a wolf instead.
or (does not apply to the current situation, since it is only day 1) a seer or other player with relevant infos might want to divulge them before they are lost, depending on circumstances.
point being, there isn't a steadfast rule on whether to come clean or not, it depends on context.

Koodauw had switched from Rick to me. I believe Rick only has one vote now.

at your posting, rick had two votes (queen of spades and mine, which I changed for the very reason to go from a spread-vote scenario to a few 'candidates').
but yes, since QoS changed we went from Rick having 2 votes to twietee having 2 votes, which has no impact except for twietee, who now becomes more of a lead, and rick, who might be now safe
Well, I voted for twietee based on the assumption that he had 2 votes already, raising him to 3 in order to tie Southern Dad prior to Moyank's vote. I'm open to changing it again, but I will wait for a few more people to chime in and vote.

That was a just a joke. I had been watching Clueless and the scene where Travis does his acceptance speech for having the most tardies had just happened.

I am not the seer in case the scavenger was going to wait for the seer's power.
I was also responding with the assumption that the scavenger is a villager. The power may or may not be worthwhile for a WW.
This is not looking good for the home team… But there is still time for you to switch your vote for some villain rather than waste it on a upstanding superhero like myself.

My vote for SD was actually a mistake. I mostly vote day one for the player who first cast a second vote without any sound reason. Better than totally random and would have worked last game with ravenvii (but didn't with koodauw two games ago). Thought Sd was the one but it actually is ravenvii (again). No sense in changing yet, though.
