[WW] Simple Werewolville X - Intell's Interim Game - Game Over Wolf Won

This game is a Simple WW Game that is to be played while the Game God jav6454 is taking a vacation. It will be following the Simple rules. There is no Hunter or Kamikaze WW or Nightwatch. There will be one Seer and one Alpha Wolf. I'm not posting the complete rules because all player are veterans and I expect you to behave. The Complex game will start at the end of this Game (if jav6454 is back).

The glow of the giant logo lite up the night with such intensity that even the misquotes dared not approach. Apple just announced the latest iPad version 2. With its ultra mega great screen, 128Tb drive space, and super high def zoom camera with mega 1000x zoom wide lens. It was so awe inspiring, few thought it was real. These few had a name. The name that was bestowed upon them was Fanboy. Some accepted the name, others rejected it. Despite their differences they all wanted one. The Apple Store wasn't going to start selling them for a few more days. But they had to have one, now. So they decided to camp out front on the sidewalk and under the streetlights. There where reports that there was a mugger in the group. Yet none of them wanted to believe it. All they wanted to think was that they where all pure, some in more ways then others. So on the first day they traded the two outlets to charge their Macbook Pros and iPhones. They tethered their iPhones and cursed AT&T's sub-par urban network and the lack of nearby WiFi. For most of the first day they bickered about the ethics of tethering an iPhone if one has the unlimited plan. Such silly people. Apple's WiFi password is "stEvE1s#0nE". If only they knew...


It is now the start of a 24 hour day.

This game should be interesting. No hunter to protect, so it's literally a race between the wolf and the seer to find one another.

There are no sign ups for game. Its just a very simple game that is being played until jav6454 returns from his vacation in Time-Out land. If a person from teh Complex games wish to not play, he or she can PM me stating such wishes.

And remember, its Day 1, don't forget to vote.

Thanks to a poster in this thread for the good story idea. It seems to be a good one.

Don't Panic about 80% sure, but it might not be interesting if the game ends on day one. My suspicion is only that Don't Panic mentions night time deadlines when he is a bad guy.
Also, someone who sends night time pm's would be in the best position to make a call like that.
 
Slightly OT, but on another forum that plays this kind of game, they sign in with Alts (at the start of each game you are given the log in details) This removes the whole 'because they are veteran' arguement etc etc. So you're not penalized for being around the games for a bit.

Also adds an element of intrigue.

By our forum rules, we are strictly forbidden from having multiple accounts.
I do think that this game would be hella fun on an IRC chat though.

at this point i think we can all considered 'veterans'. personally i like to know who posted what, it helps me evaluate what weight to give to people's assertions. Plus, i like the familiarity of having the same crew around.

He's smart enough to not mention it if he's a bad guy. I'm starting to lean towards one of our inactives, though that would be a sucky way to do it.

but are we sure if plutonius and aggie even know that this game is being played and it has started?

EDIT: ok, what the heck, i'll start with a retaliation vote for Appleguy. ;)
I know it's lame, but I have zero rationale for anyone at this point so at least this is somewhat of a reason. I remain open to change it at any time, though.

Well, ok, ultra veterans. People like you, Jav, Rod are all like lightning rods when it comes to accusations and suspicions.
I guess I like the idea of Alts as you can adopt different strategies much easier and gives new players a level playing field.

i disagree on the seer role. i think it can be pretty powerful, and a t some point he/she must come out, but definitively not the first day (nor the second).
as far as the nw, it was unfortunate that it had to come out so early, but i think we need at least another game to evaluate its impact (also, i think it should stay secret for max power)

it took me a bit to get what BOT is. never heard it before so as far as my concerned, you should get 100% of profits deriving from its use worldwide
