if Don't Panic think the hunter as something to do with that, I'm suspicious!
The logical assumption would be that the hunter got lucky and stopped the wolves. I'm not sure why you would vote for Don't Panic based on that, other than if you were a wolf and trying to get us to pile on a villager in revenge for your messed up kill. So based on that I have to vote for you Sythas unless you can give me a good reason not to.

Why's that suspicious? It's the logical conclusion that the hunter protection preempeted the wolves.

I just like to go against him and I was just trying to find a good excuse, it that a crime !?!?

beside, we could discuss the fact that the hunter protected a villager, which is a very good information and that I'm pretty sure the seer scanned one too, should those special give us that information ? 4/10 clean on the second day is a pretty good odd in our favor. it's just a sad case if the seer scanned the hunter and the hunter protected the seer.

Whenever this comes up, I struggle with how early is too early to start coming out. In a simple game, it actually may not be a bad idea, already down 1 villager. It just becomes a matter of keeping the seer around as long as possible!

You think it's a "no-kill" copycat? Interesting..

Only DP or Pluto would be fiendish enough to plot and carry out such a brilliant play. It may even take both masterbrains combined..

On a less serious note: I wouldn't out myself just yet - but easy to say as I'm just a boring villager, trying to find a wolf or two.

Where do you get that i'm saying it's a no-kill copycat?

I've actually done it myself in one of these games - but that was because I was the infected hunter and I was trying to establish credibility. But I don't see any reason to do it in a simple game like this.

You just did it last game - remember.

Seems like you overthink this. Once again. :D

it should be :p

it is also very possible that the hunter protected themselves.
and whoever was protected tonight is very likely dead tomorrow night, since it is a sure kill for the wolves.
unless of course a more pressing or juicier target emerges from our daily bickerings :D

exactly. I was thinking whether that should be a reason to come forward or not, but I don't see a positive in that. It would only assure the wolfies that they got the hunter (in case s/he protected her- / himself). Other than that DP and Pluto are common targets for protection / dessert night one so that is a possibility as well - although I somewhat doubt that was the case here.

Pretty much what I think happened. Hunters usually protect themselves the first night.

DP does usually get offed right away, but he's a formidable opponent as a wolf, so if I were the hunter I'd protect myself first and then try and get a sense of DP for night 2. Besides, the frequency with which DP gets offed first night as a villager means as the hunter, you can gamble that they will go after someone else first to avoid getting stuffed. Who knows though.

I can't see it ever happening in a game without the infection. The hunter stopped the attack.

I'm not hopping on the Sythas bandwagon so a soft vote for mrkramer.

Geez, folks. :D we had two "no-kills" last game, hence my mo24 conclusio, don't try to read too much into that comment please. Hunter protection worked - we're all on the same page here.

Having our christmas-dinner tonight with the office, will vote when sober again :)
