Except he doesn't go down. He's be preemptively fitted with an iBeat, Apple's pacemaker. He also has nanomachines swimming through his bloodstream to actively fight and kill diseases and unremissive pancreatic tumor cells.
When Steve goes down he transforms into a giant yellow Post-It note that reads "We'll be back soon". Just keep refreshing and he'll pop back eventually.

Yeah I don't NEED to see it but it would be cool to see what happens.

Watch the whole thing to by with NO NEW iPhone :p

So who are the Mods attending WWDC?

Who from the wonderful MR crew is live on the scene today?

Say what?

It's summer in Australia during December (when it's winter in the US), we have Christmas on December 25 also. But you're probably not being serious, so I'm confused in whether I should be totally serious or acknowledge the fact you were probably making a joke...and I'm making myself more confused :p

About WWDC...I have school tomorrow but I'm prepared to stay up all night (it's 10:48PM here) to know the outcome.

You'd be supprised there're quite some people, that acutally do celebrate xmas in 'winter' here. Not the majority though, but there are some, (I know of some in the blue mountain region).
apperantly some migrants didn't want to change there xmas 'feeling'.

Anyhow I'm happy to celebrate a second xmas, so let's what's presents will arrive today ....

cheers

Was that this week? I don't even know what I'm hoping for. Could care less about iPhone stuff, and I really hope all the 10.6 rumors have been dead wrong.

I wonder which artist Steve has brought in today... just please don't let it be Scarlett Johansson giving a tone-deaf rendition of some Tom Waits song, AAPL will hit rock bottom.

Steve on stage at the moment getting prepped: (via Engadget) :D

I guess I should use Smileys to make things clearer.

Yes I was kidding, but you never know how many Americans out there would be thinking I wasn't ;)

I am originally from Australia now living in Japan, but go home for Christmas every year as I just don't understand getting Christmas presents in the cold.
