I don't know about 10.7, but I hope they save Lion for the final release of OS X before they crank it up to 11. What with being the King of the Jungle and all. :D

I am anxiously awaiting the keynote. I love watching them spoiler-free MacRumors style.

I can only handle so many episodes of cheaters...

Spoiler free for 3 years now I think.

I only know the name of something.

... or not something...

due to being booked in to have a baby in the morning I think I am going to give up soon.

Does anyone have a link to the podcast stream so I can leave it up over night to download on to the ipod?

Going to be a father tomorrow and you're here right now? Like that. ;-)

AAAAAAARGH!!!! Why aren't they using a super computer right now to encode this video???!! This suspense is really tiring.

What an interesting little corner of the Interwebs this always ends up becoming, eh chaps? I'm a survivour of five or six spoiler-free keynotes now. I think it takes a certain type of character not to peek. In today's world where it's all about consuming as much information as possible, it's good to see a select few of us can exercise restraint when desired.

Well done chaps. Keep up the good work!

I'm proud to lurk among the l33t mac-heads at this moment... since we're just killin' time... maybe some of you can calm some recent challenges to my Faith in Mac....

I made the total conversion to mac in '02, haven't had a PC for 7 years... got a powerbook and a Mac Pro... and an iPhone...

But, especially regarding the iPhone, but also a few other things, Apple has made some decisions that have the whiff of Microsoftyness about them. I've been very tempted to jailbreak my iPhone; there are so many apps on there that seem to do *just what I want* and there's no alternative in the 'legit' iPhone world.... but, I'm not the kind of person who likes to fiddle with the innards of stuff to the degree that you have to to jailbreak.

But the whole phenomenon gives me the unpleasant whiff of trying to be too controlling, not embracing what the information revolution is all about. And so I'm worried that the GooglePhone folks have the real pulse on the long-term way to do stuff....

I'm looking to one of the next two keynotes to show me something to get excited about my allegiance again :)

Been spoiler free for a few years now. Perfect timing too as I just picked up my fixed unibody Macbook Pro from the Apple store today. The fans inside we're making an awful noise, poor thing. I was surprised it took a week to fix (last Monday to this Monday) but its great to have it silent again and running cooler now then it ever was before.

Come on Apple. Change our worlds with an amazing keynote :)
