Crap, I couldn't resist glancing at my Top Sites and got smacked with a very minor spoiler. >_< Fortunately it's an "oh, yeah, guess that makes sense" one that doesn't involve any new surprises.

Grr! one of my friends just text me not realising that i was waiting for the keynote and just told me 2 big spoliers! dammit!:(

ouch... my phones on airplane mode so that i can avoid just that from happening

Alright then :). I could try it on some older stream but I’m afraid of the spoiler-filled Internet right now :D

ya i wouldnt take the risk... it may need to buffer for a few minutes but itll work... im 90% sure

how sweet would it be to have a mini iphone on your wrist that had bluetooth audio and video to a pimped out baseball cap that when you look up at what would be a dark brim on a normal hat it would look like a normal computer monitor. you could watch porn all day long without anyone knowing!

what would be the point of that?

I mean, you're still in the public space...

2 hour long presentation roughly.

Crikey.. I hope it's up soon, otherwise it's gonna be a late night for me.

Ahhh.. This is so exciting. I could have went to work though now that I think about it. LOL:D But it's been fun none the less.

Be careful about your email!

Apple has been sending out some emails regarding the announcements today, and I almost read too much... I managed to stop my eyes before they saw the next word, thankfully.

Note to self: don't look or check anything that could have any connection with Apple -- including email, news sites, and of course, tech sites.

Was that completely necessary?

No, it wasn't.

It was completely unnecessary. There's always a jerk that makes a comment like that. No matter what. I think they get some sort of gratification out of making idiotic comments like that when they KNOW this is a spoiler-free thread.

Longer presentation = Longer for apple to encode the video?
I wonder if they are using an iBook or similiar to encode!
It seems to take that long

iBook G3 i rekon :p iMovie makes it so quick and easy to make videos so y dont they just use that? :D

wasn't the whole point of iMovie 08 to be able to edit your videos faster than ever before?

Still, I think the video engineers at Apple go through great lenghts to get the video online as soon as possible

I think it was a well meant encouragement to hold out until the video gets online. I'll be the first to label something a spoiler, but let's not get fundamentalistic here.

i agree... i think he saw that some people were thinking of dropping out and was just offering some encouragement to stay on the spoiler free side

Whatever the case may be, some people like me want to stay completely 100% spoiler free, which means that they don't want to know ANYTHING about the keynote... whether if it's worth waiting for, or if it was a dud... ANYTHING.

any veterans know what time the last few years videos have become available?

UK time please, I normally watch live blog but this time i'm treating myself!
