as Tim Cook said at the end of the iPad 3 unveiling presentation:

"Across the year, you are going to see a lot more of this kind of innovation. We are just getting started"

when he says "this", he is referring to retina displays and software features guaranteed. in addition, i expect there to be other big significant changes at next week's conference that these rumors haven't even touched on yet. instead of us asking "which rumor will be true" , i think we should be asking which rumors will be true as i think a lot will be unveiled since there won't be another opportunity until the new iPhone is released

iOS 6
OS X Mountain Lion
iCloud
MacBook Airs, MacBook Pros, Mac Pros, iMacs and Retina
Apple TV
iPhone
Live Keynote Coverage

iOS 6
The banners Mac Rumours found online pretty much prove this.

OS X Mountain Lion
Probably will be talked about with it's release this year. So I say Mac Rumours got this one right.

iCloud
Very plausable to hear some iCloud talk with regards to OS X Mountain Lion and iOS 6. So MacRumours probably have this right too.

MacBook Airs, MacBook Pros, Mac Pros, iMacs and Retina
Good rumours? Yes. WWDC rumours though? Probably not. This is a WWDevelopersC not a WWHardwareC. It could be a footnote on the Keynote but that's about it. So MacRumours saying it will definantly be talked on the WWDC keynote is obviously wrong.

Apple TV
They will probably talk about opening up the TV to developers. That is a safe bet. But a physical Apple brand television? MacRumours has been smoking the "we want a Apple brand television" pipe for way too long. Any smart person will realise this will not happen on the WWDC keynote. The MacRumours (as do many other people) need to wake up and realise this. If this was to happen it'd get it's own keynote later in the year.

iPhone
I'd say Plausable. Based on past years. Not a certain but I would not rule it out either.

Live Keynote Coverage
By Apple won't happen. We'll get the keynote on the website a little after the keynote is done. But will many websites have a live weblog of the keynote? Yes. MacRumours is no exception to this.

I don't know how firm WWDC scheduling is, but with a full slate like that what are the chances Cook comes on stage and says, "this is going to take longer than usual"?

Or "One more thing. Part two after XYZ."

This is what happens when you put the supply chain guy in charge of a company. Everything under the sun, delivered on time, and worldwide.

Rocketman

iCloud Notes? God, can I just get the 5G of free storage that everybody else offers?

You do realize iCloud has given every user 5GB of free storage since day one?

----------

Okay, fine, Notes. I'll take it. But I just want the storage that was available under MobileMe to continue. I'm in the Apple ecosystem -- it makes no sense that I have my off-site storage needs taken care of by Amazon and two other companies. Not after Apple just opens a brand-new massive data center.

I can't believe no one has corrected you until now.

I have high expectation for iOS 6, I hope to see some new unique feature, along with some tweaked up features that's out there already but not just copy paste feature!

So there;s nothing new in iOS6 then if those are the biggest features lol, just like they gave us an iPhone 4s instead of a iPhone 5 and a new iPad that only had a better screen and nothing else new from the last one. Apple has really fallin off. They haven't introduced anything exciting for a while. How about in iOS 6 we see

Emails and SMS can be sent at a certain time

Background animations like Android

new style lock screen

It is truly pathetic, people begging a corporation for a product and begging for it to take their money. And then, begging some more. And drooling. One cannot embarrass himself publicly any more in view that it is only about a disposable electronic product. WTF??!!

Meanwhile, it is important to commend Apple for the unprecedented ability to keep a complex and time consuming process of manufacturing a vast number of devices in huge quantities - a global secret. This is, when also taking into account so many needed subcontractors, a phenomenal achievement.

MBP is all I'm hoping for. iOS6 is going to be dissapointing...cant even do widgets like android.

Rumor overdose for sure.

I'm hoping they toss in a "one more thing", give us something we weren't expecting!
Although "one more thing" would be nice, there is already more than enough to be covered.

I think Apple is taking a slightly different approach to secrecy. I think that carefully controlled leaks have allowed Apple to give Apple followers a general idea of what to expect while whipping the faithful into a frantic fevered frenzy. Talk about free publicity (and for a change, positive publicity).

I just hope the reality lives up the hype. Raising expectations to where they are now at is a dangerous game to play.

Why would the mere lack of widgets make an OS disappointing? I personally have no interest in having mini-apps on my home screen. Would they be nice? Well, yes, but other elements of the OS are much more important.

If Maps is the only real update in iOS 6, then man will I be disappointed.

That's just the latest disappointment after a string of disappointments: iPhone 4S, iPad 3 (or... "the new iPad"), and MacBook updates in the past. Unfortunately, Apple's blockbuster sales won't exactly paint a picture of general disappointment felt by many about Apple's lack of technological innovation (on the same level as SJ at least)

What's so disappointing about the new iPad? Did you expect them to make it from components not yet reliably available by the millions, to settle for sub-par battery life, or to defy the laws of physics?

What about a retina Cinema Display?
The old ACD 30" was really great. I'd like to see something like 3200x2536 as a 30" Thunderbolt display.

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere else, but the Apple Store is down in U.S.! I don't know if it's routine maintenance or what.

Edit: It's back up now. It must have been something routine.

new Macs. This is where the main party will be, looking forward to slimmer versions.
Unlikely with Ivy Bridge.

----------

The last two seem unlikely. (apple tv, iphone)
The first three are definite to be discussed (ios 6, os x, icloud)

So that leaves the Macs, which seems like it'll happen. Not sure how much time they would devote in the keynote to it.
One or two weeks later would make more sense. I do not see the connection between the consumers (Mac buyers) and the WWDC.

Great.and on a monday. Right? Anyway, if there is some major Mac updates like the mbps there have been very little concrete rumours. This will be interesting.

I might have some nice wheat snacks and a beer (slight weat allergy) if this turns out to be an exciting presentation.
