A fully specked out MBP with warranty isn't far off actually. Especially if they have a 2TB SSD option.

What is there really for developers to get excited about? The Mac and iOS platform are pretty mature now. There isn't a whole lot new. The Watch SDK has been out long enough to know that we're never going to see anything truly groundbreaking on it. Apple TV apps aren't different enough from what we've seen on iOS forever to be interesting.
Hope they don't call your bluffGive me a new MBP with a tapered design with 12 hour battery life, and charge whatever you like on my credit card.
No, we didn't. A rumor circulating for some time now and very obvious Siri was coming to the Mac.You read it here first - this indicates Siri is coming to the Mac.
Supposedly bets in the Loop for the next OS X release names are: Shasta, Whitney, Big Sur and Monterrey. If we're being pedantic about the Mac naming scheme, the chances are it'll be called "MacOS", firstly on this page; http://www.apple.com/environment/answers/ it references it and there have been job listings relating to "MacOS" too.
Hoping that everyone (even the Mac Mini) is shown some Skylake luv during WWDC.

Excited to see whats coming in MacOS 12 and iOS X
What most of us have been talking about, a Siri API. I know a lot of developers that would get excited about that.

- To model customer use, we measure the power consumed by a product while it is running in a simulated scenario. Daily usage patterns are specific to each product and are a mixture of actual and modeled customer use data. Years of use, which are based on first owners, are assumed to be four years for OS X and tvOS devices and three years for iOS and watchOS devices. More information on our product energy use is provided in our Product Environmental Reports.
Ah. Apologies. No idea when they changed that.
