Anyone have a picture of their Iphone X lock screen when you have a long carrier name?

I'd like to know how AT&T Wifi (Calling) is displayed and where. Clearly it's not going to show all that on the front of the phone. Does it show it in the Control Center?

Sometimes when I turn on Airplane Mode and then WiFi back on it does;'t immediately click over to Wifi Calling so until I see it displayed I really don't know. On the iphone X how are you going to know?

So can somebody who received their phone test this out and report back. I asked the question to an AT&T rep and he was clueless.

It scrolls.
Really? Can you expand on that?

I have AT&T (Wifi calling enabled always) so I'll let you know. Now you got me wondering how they'd do that :p

So has anybody figured this WiFi calling display issue out?

Got my X, it does indeed scroll across the screen. Here’s some screenshots mid scroll as a video would be too time consuming to edit up

Strange indeed how an update would effect things like this.

They must have thought we had it too good.

So they get rid of the scroll effect. Add that stupid like to indicate the control centre. And add a haptic feed back bug when dismissing control centre and reachability.

If they removed the scroll effect how does it work now? Just curious if it still shows the carrier somehow, because I've lost a phone before and the person returned it to the closest Verizon store because on the lock screen they saw it said "Verizon".

It fades at the end. Shows full name when you pull don control centre.

Still scrolls for me on 11.2. Not sure what the posters above are talking about.

Does it?

Here’s mine…

I rebooted the phone and it did scroll. But as soon as entered the home screen for the second time it stopped again. Also the signal strength bar doesn’t animate anymore when it’s searching a signal.
