X - Long Carrier Name on Lock Screen

So I haven't upgraded to 11.2 yet.

What's the deal? Does the carrier still scroll on the lock screen when WiFi calling is active? Seems it does.

I upgraded to 11.3 and now the carrier scrolls but once I leave the lock screen it stays static.

Doesn't really matter except I got used to the scrolling.

Anybody else or is this a problem with my upgrade?

I know this is old but my carrier text scrolls when WiFi Calling is turned OFF (iOS 12.1.2). Happens at random times wether on LTE or WiFi
