iOS Xcode for iOS

I'd love to be able to run Xcode on my iPad, but I don't see how all of Xcode could work on an iPad or iPhone. I don't have a laptop, so being able to bring Xcode with me would be awesome. However, I don't see it happening any time soon, maybe in 3-5 years we'll see it.
