Xeon E3-1270 in iMac 2011s?

Hello, I've an iMac 12,1 21,5" with core i5, 32GB ram, SSD (Crucial MX500 1T SD NAND) and NVIDIA Quadro K2100m (55Watt TDP) running Ventura with OCLP.

Is it recommended upgrade with Xeon? Sleep mode is important for me.. are there some news?

I wouldn't trade off a few % of CPU performance for all the time it would take to replace it.
