Ordered mine on Oct. 21 and received mine on Nov. 25th.
I ordered mine on November 18 with an estimated ship date of nov 27 and never received my phone the website still says estimated ship date is nov 27. After waiting on hold for 2 hours they basically said I will get it when ever it is restocked they didn’t give me a new estimated date

I ordered my 256GB Pacific Blue iPhone 12 Pro Max Nov. 21 (have been checking Xfinity stores daily, they've only been getting in 1 or 2 Graphite 128 GB every couple of days). My hookup at the store said he's never seen supplies constrained this much and this long. He said shipments to Xfinity stores for Pacific Blue and Gold Pro Max (most in demand colors) won't likely be readily available in store until after Jan. 1. He also advised to pay off my 11 Pro Max instead of trading it in to Xfinity for $500, as previously owned iPhone 11 Pro Max are going for more than $500 and I'll still get the $250 gift card.

My online order from Xfinity still shows a 12/11 ship date. I called Xfinity and the rep said not to worry, it'll be delivered on 12/11, possibly sooner. She said I should get an email around 3 days before it ships.

Have most of you received your phone on the date given when your ordered? Earlier? Later? Thanks in advance!

Has anyone gotten any new updates on their phones getting shipped? Ordered an Iphone 12 pro max 128gb for my wife for an estimated delivery date of 12/18 but no new updates =/. Hoping to get it before Xmas

I preordered my 128gb silver 12 pro max on launch date at 5 am with an estimated delivery date of 11/13. Got email conformation of it being shipped on monday afternoon. Receiving tracking Wednesday afternoon. Arrived at my house around 12pm. I also talked to a few reps via chat and at the time, it seemed like they didnt know when they were getting any in cuz i wanted to know if i can go to a retail store instead. I guess it depends on which rep you get. I’m hoping i can the one i ordered for my wife before Xmas (dec 18 is est delivery date).

Good luck and hopefully you get yours on the date it stated!

Slightly off topic but has anyone been able to get 5G UW signal on xfinity mobile? I driven thru a 5G UW area according to Verizon map but the phone did not get UW at all (disabled "5G auto" and instead had 5g "On"). Looking to confirm that xfinity is letting us use this other type of 5g signal or limiting us.

Haven't received any email from Xfinity but checked my account under devices and the iPhone 12 Pro Max is now there. Previously it showed my 11 Pro Max and an empty box "null null".

So I placed my order for the 12 pro and got an estimated shipping date of the 9th of December. I placed the order on November 22nd and still haven’t received a tracking number.

I placed my order for the 12 Pro Max on Nov. 21 with an expected ship date of Dec. 11.

Is it showing up in your account under devices? I noticed it this morning, it wasn't there last night.

Mine changed also and is now showing up under devices. But my card has not yet been charged and I also haven’t received a tracking number. Hoping this will come tomorrow and the phone will arrive on time on Dec 11

Your card will be charged when your phone is delivered. When mine came I wasn't required to sign because of the virus, but looked at my bank account an hour later and my card had been charged.

Spoke to another Xfinity rep (each one provides a different answer). Was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, then another one said due to 2 day shipping it would be Monday. Another said it could be any day between 12/14 - 12/18. Last one said it should be before Christmas but can't guarantee. They are horrible to deal with, I don't know if it's because they outsource or are just really bad at their job.

Oh my word. That’s terrible.

A friend told me to get to the store before 10 (opens at 10), expects to have 1 in stock. Xfinity handled this launch badly. Two reps can tell you the exact opposite of what the other one has and get frustrated when you ask too many questions, one did this through online chat yesterday afternoon, guess he's stressed too lol. It's only a phone I tell myself ;) I'll update the thread after this adventure :)

Hello everyone. First post, I just registered but usually browse the forums as a visitor. 👋

Figured I’d join and add to the discussion here for all us waiting for our phones.

So I ordered iPhone mini 256gb in white on November 8th, unfortunately my desired phone was backordered until December 11th.

I have gotten no updates. My page has just been stagnant with an estimated delivery date of December 11th, and that it’s processing.

I did online chat with an agent earlier today (10th) who told me that December 11th is the “in stock” date, not delivery date. I told them they should fix the language then cuz my order status says estimated delivery date. I asked if the phone would be in stock on that date and they said they didn’t know.

They were just kinda like “don’t know how else I can help you.” And I said I guess I’ll just wait some more and thanked them for their time.

I’ll post updates as I get them. I’m kinda bummed tho. I’ve been so tempted by the se2 ever since it launched after I had switched from se1 to a 7+; I never adjusted to this huge phone (or its fake home button) despite being told I would. But I held out for Apple to release an edge to edge small phone and I just feel like I’ve been waiting so so long to get out of this 7+, lol.

I also have have a december 11th estimated delivery date but also no updates. I have an appointment to go into a retail store tomorrow to see if i can get one there and not wait but it seems like the retail stores carry very few or not even any.... i will update tomorrow.

BTW i will try and go to both stores in my city to see i will get any better updates. Good luck all!

Just had a chat with an xfinity agent. They said that the estimated ship date of dec 11 is about to change to December 23 for everyone who had a dec 11 ship date. He also said that the "ship date" isn't even accurate, that's just the time that xfinity estimated that they would have your phone in their hands available to ship.
I asked him why xfinity was having such a hard time getting phones out and they said this is apples fault not xfinity. So I have no idea what's going on either. Seems like everyone is hearing different things everyday. May not have our phones until after new year at this rate.

Just spoke to another agent over phone and he said exact same thing. There was a delay in their shipment for the phones and the new officially estimated date is dec 23

I also just spoke to an agent on the phone and they’re saying JANUARY 15th and to go check their stores if I want a phone earlier. Also they said Xfinity didn’t order enough phones, then told me if I want to cancel my order to do it within 2 weeks so they have time to amend **their order.** Like, really? Are they so worried they won’t be able to sell an extra new iphone in your understocked inventory? Nevermind Xfinity has yet to bother to inform me via email or dashboard that there’s a problem, I have to chase down an agent.

Really ticked, and despite both of us being technically polite and cordial in the conversation, I had asked her to pass along to whoever is charge that this isn’t cool to do to customers because XYZ reasons and the agent had this subtle mocking tone I sensed from her like “first world problems you ordered a new iPhone 1 1/2 months before Xmas and won’t get it til mid-January, maybe. Poor baby.” I wasn’t rude and I especially wasn’t blaming her or lashing out at her, but her “aw, boo-hoo” tone made me feel like I’m the unreasonable one for complaining.

Another update: Just talked to another agent cuz I wanted to know if the promotion would still be valid since I wouldn’t receive my phone until after it ends, and fine print seemed to suggest you need to activate, etc within 30 days of ordering. He said promotion is already active on my account for the phone, and will start whenever I activate it.

Then I asked him to confirm that it would be the 15th of January before I’d receive my phone.
And he checked and said nope, that’s not right, your phone is shipping out to you tomorrow. 😳🥳

Had an immediate upswing in my mood after hearing that. My account still hasn’t updated with anything tho, so I really hope this agent isn’t mistaken.

I hope it works out that way for you!!! That makes me feel a little better as well. None of these agents really know anything for sure it seems. So I’m hoping I’ll be surprised and my phone will ship out soon as well.
