Mild thread high jack here but on subject, I need to dump att, Xfinity is supposed to be Verizon, but second class after actual Verizon during peak times? What has everyone’s experience been like with this provider? Thanks!
I use it as a secondary behind T-Mobile to give work people a number other than my main personal one and also to use when I don’t have good TMo service. As such, it will often show more bars than TMo (but not always). I’ve had no problems with the service.

There was a update to the Xfinity order page and device page overnight. It used to have a grey box on the device page that said "null null" and now it shows the new phone. It's still greyed out and doesn't have a serial number yet but definitely an update. And on the order page, there is a kind of checklist/workflow now shown and "Not Yet Shipped" as the next item. It also went from a generic statement about shipping to "Free Two-Day Delivery" and a note that a signature will be required at delivery.

I prefer T-Mobile but probably just because it was what I was already using. Service on Xfinity has been solid and the price for unlimited is really good. I can't speak to throttling or big data usage because I hardly use any Xfinity data. When I do need it, it's always worked well and been fast.
 
Now the device is also showing up in the app.

Did anyone get tracking info or a shipped email yet? I still have nothing except that it’s being prepared & estimated day is still launch date

Nothing here either. Shows not shipped but still expected on Friday.
 
I’ve been checking and haven’t seen any changes to my order status page or FedEx dashboard of inbound packages. I’m pretty confident the phone will come on Friday based on other comments and the idea that it would look bad for Xfinity to take preorders and not deliver at launch. That said, I assume the phones are probably already in the US (or will be by tomorrow) in bulk shipping packages and will be broken down into individual shipping boxes. This could conceivably all happen even as late as Thursday evening and the phones arrive Friday if overnight saver service is used.

I’m still guessing we could see labels (and updates to status) as early as this evening or, if not, pretty likely tomorrow.

I will certainly post as soon as I see a change!
 
I have a tracking number through my FedEx profile. Coming from Texas with an estimated delivery date of Friday. Tracking status is the usual “Shipment information sent to FedEx”.

Awesome! I still don’t see anything in FedEx. Can you look at your Xfinity account to see if the order shows as shipped and/or if you have a real device assigned to your account in the “Devices” section? Just trying to figure out what I might see eventually. Thanks!

Yep! Status is still Not Yet Shipped and under devices it shows the iPhone, but its grayed out and can't view the details. Ordered a silver iPhone Pro 128gb. Nothing under my account is hinting it shipped.

Xfinity just sent an email with the tracking number and can see the device details now.
 
Ordered the iPhone 12 Pro (Gold) on launch day in the later morning without a hiccup. Mine also went from saying NULL NULL and a grayed out box in "My Devices" to now showing iPhone 12 Pro.

I had Xfinity for 2 years now and I LOVE them. Cheaper and same service as Verizon. My iPhone X I picked up in store and this is the first time I received a shipment from Xfinity....we'll see what happens and when it comes.

Yeah, mine said that and had said iPhone 12 for the last two days now. I am just hoping it comes in time. I am a little worried lol
 
Mine both still say preparing to ship. One is an upgrade ordered right when pre-orders went live, one is a new line ordered a few hours later. Still confident I’ll get them on Friday judging from previous years 👍👍

I ordered mine when it went live right away as well! Glad to hear someone else is still in the same boat.
