I agree but I was willing to wait for silver. Going to be a great looking phone. None of the other colors do it for me..Hard to believe the 10/28 people such as myself will wait that long. Never waited that long for an iPhone. I have no legitimate reason to expect it before 10/28. But that definitely seems like a very far out ETA. Especially for those who ordered on 9/9

It’s like getting a reservation at a great restaurant, they quote you 45 minutes to have the cushion and have you happy to get your table in the actual 20 minutes. Same thing, they’ll be early. But just incase, their covered! Plus they didn’t hit their target for sales I read and closed down domestic distribution sites, so c’mon China get our American IPhones here stat! Got some errors I’m guessing from the Xs being maxed on storage/an issue with being logged into iTunes. The actual activation went smooth. I got notta besides the basic order email when it was ordered , I had a friend that works for Xfinity order mine along with his (both 14 Pro 256 silver) and I can see it greyed out on the site and says not activated. What is this Master that you are all talking about? I have no fed ex info, my order starts with a 3 and is long enough to look like a tracking number but tried it in Fedex tracking online but nothing there either..Same here
If you click on their name twice it will pull up their comments. You can then read and find out everything you asked. That’s what I do. Basically don’t turn on the new phone. Go to the activation website. Click to get a pin sent to your old phone(this button didn’t work on either the activation email or the website on the paperwork but I can’t remember which one). Then you get a confirmation back on your old phone. Then it tells you to power on the new one I think(I’m not home to look at my wife’s paperwork and going from memory) takes a little time to activate then it starts you on setting up the phone as new or from your old phone..pretty straight forward other than the one button not working. Oh yeah I ordered the evening of 9/9 after pre orders had opened for a bit. In the one of the emails I got that was just “order #” with my full order # in the subject there was some really small text that looked something like “OCT-28.” The device is pretty much gonna stay grayed out until you get some shipping confirmation. “Master” popping in up in FedEx is good sign as it means that your order is probably in their system in one of the big shipments containing Xfinty’s stock.No kidding and when did you order it?
