I got the confirmation email few hours ago. Now waiting for a shipping one. Quick question guys I see my line added on my account but not the new device info. Anyone else

mine took awhile after i got the conformation code till i saw it on my account, I had to go to Billing each time for awhile to see the Pre Order information.

Well I went a bought an unlocked one first thing this morning at Best Buy was able to just walk in and get it. Then a few minutes later I got a shipped notice and the one from Xfinity is coming on 25th not the 21st as promised. Now I have to return one lol
I have not but i am pretty sure that XM locks their phones. Although this phone came without the SIM installed so maybe not? I don't have any other sims laying around
Well apparently I need to pay attention I pre-ordered on the 15th never received anything after the confirmation email turns out the preorder is for new lines (I'm upgrading) well they canceled the order and never told me.
After work, I went to the store to see if they had one and they had 1 space gray left (Wanted Gold) told them ok I'll take it, then the order wouldn't go thru because the system was overwhelmed I have to go back in the AM (I'm not sure I'm supposed to get this phone)

Thats odd because my phone wasn't a new line when i Pre-Order mine and i got it today. it can alway be hectic on launch day! don't give up

Same. Mine was an existing line as well and I got it yesterday
They're locked to Xfinity Mobile for 90 days even if it's paid off. After 90 days you can request to unlock as long as it's paid off.
