Yellow "blemish" when white color on screen?

Kinda odd to get a little yellow puddle on the screen.

Returned my old one on Saturday. Quick 5 minute exchange. New one is all good, no yellow spot. Thanks for the advice guys and gals.

I got one with 2 specks of dust under the screen and 1 dead pixel....no yellow blemish yet...
