Apple is laughing all the way to Beijing. IMO, the 5C will outsell the 5S even missing some of the Uber Techno. My wife was going to upgrade from her 4 to a 5S. Now it's a Green 5C hands down. Could care less about Siri, an A7, or Fingerprints. If she likes it, it will sell.

As far as I know, the 5 is machined from one piece of aluminum. It has two small glass inserts not having anything to do with the structure of the phone. The frame and structure of the [C] hardware seems to be two pieces: a plastic shell with a stamped metal insert that the electronics are then mounted to. Not one piece, but two pieces.

Am I missing something?

wow, that's a thick phone. i was a bit surprised when i read that it's gonna sell for $555, many android flagship phones are going for "almost" that price.
