again, in my view the tinge doesn’t translate well in photos.. my Xr looks more yellow than the 12 in picture, but it’s the opposite in real life

Without comparison even photos are completely useless. To prove my point here's my 12 Pro with TT ON and Night Shift ON! Everyone who has owned an iPhone, even with a good screen, knows that this is not how night shift + true tone looks in real life in a dark room:

The camera thinks this bright spot should be white and adjusts the white balance accordingly.

I have actually a iPhone 12 Pro from 49/2020 (looks yellow compared to my old iphone 6s) and i will get Thursday a new iPhone 12 pro. i'll compare the two displays and will upload a pic.
if both look worse i'll send both back and wait for the iPhone 13 Pro.

Look the same to me, sad i dont have an old iPhone with oled to compare it to. Compared to my old iphone 6s, both look warmer then the 6s, but also much brighter. The picture i uploaded does not look like in real.

Both 12pro's still have the raised black issue

I just took some pics ( not screen shots ) for your entertainment.
My current pro max. TT on and off in pics. Taken in various ambient lighting
It looks cooler and brighter with TT on in darker room. Does it have raised black issue?

iPhone 12 pro Just returned from the Apple service center same as before the same color yellow green .. the words of the technician were there: we are waiting for communications from Apple probably the problem will be solved with an update ..i give up

Wait! Why do you say that? GO Factory? Any justification behind this?

I have a G0N and my partner has an F2 and mine is slightly whiter. Not only have I compared it to my girlfriend's, but I also compared it to several sample units and mine was whiter (Slightly) Another user of this thread replaced several units until he got a G0. I tested the screen with a colorimeter and it turned out to be the most accurate of all the replacement units I had obtained.

Thank you for the comment. If that's the case I'm a proud owner of G0 as well :)

Yes in the dark room, put on a pure black youtube video on to see if the screen glows greenish
I need a sample to compare against what people have used here. The only video I saw last night from this forum was a this link
And I found a part that didn’t go totally black when it was supposed to. So I checked it on my note 20 ultra and it also didn’t go black in the scene where the audio commentary says it does.
I think it’s safe to assume Samsung makes some duff low grade panels. All these issues bar the true tone yellow one is noted on all other forums that I’ve participated in , inc Oneplus 8 pro and Samsung mobile device forums.

Returned my G0. Might have been slightly whiter but had raised blacks so still faulty panel.

The camera seems to really makes things look terrible. Pitch dark room, brightness of display set to zero on slider.

I Checked now with 3utools the Serials from display panels.

1st iPhone 12 pro, 39/2020, Sn: F17DG, Panel Sn: G9P0356 (Date 2020-08-29)
2nd iPhone 12 pro, 49/2020, Sn: F17DT, Panel SN: G9P0466 (Date 2020-11-14)
3rd iphone 12 pro, 50/2020, SN, F17DV, Panel SN: G9P0491 (Date 2020-11-30)

All three had/have raised blacks and look yellow. I will leave the 12 Series out and wait for the 13.
I'm no longer interested in this lottery.
Hope Apple does not make this mistake again with the 13 Pro.

so they gave you your phone back? they must be convinced that they handle it with software

Have a 3rd mini on the way. Purchased a 2nd a month ago - it was less washed out than the 1st, but the off-axis green/blue tint is the worst I’ve ever seen. Tried to live with it but it kept bothering me. So, another round of hoping a good screen shows up...

What an annoying waste of time, money, and planetary resources. Apple is doing a disservice to all of us by not addressing and dealing with this issue.
