Luckily mine doesn't have any yellowing issue.
I feel that the screen is a bit saturated with a slight hint of too cold colors.

How many cases have been reported ? I'm wondering whether its valid to already declare "tint issue coming back to new MBPs".

Doubtful. It would have been splashed all over the tech blogs if this were a real issue. No doubt there are a few unfortunate customers with backlight issues and a whole host of lemmings following along claiming they can see the dreaded yellow tinge.

can someone with an allegedly "perfect" high res anti glare screen post a photo of this test? because I'm debating whether or not to take mine back, it seems like maybe they are all the same though.

I second this. After only seeing photos of screens that people think are bad, it makes great sense to compare to a photo of a screen that is supposed to be good or without issue. Can anyone upload some so we at least have a clearer baseline?

Also, to the original poster, did you ever swap yours out? How did it turn out?

Mine is not Apple's antiglare...15", glossy with an antiglare film (you can't tell though, of course). Picture is attached - taken with an HTC HD2. My angling is off though - the screen is slanted and it's hard to get a dead-on shot at this hour. Probably take a better one at work tomorrow.

I see the issue in the pictures posted...to me and what I know of LCD/LED tech, it appears to be a power issue, not an issue with the screen itself. I'd be curious to know if the same thing happens when on AC adapter and with the backlight cranked. I'd also be curious to know if it changes when doing calibration.
