Yosemite won't boot without USB Install drive

Not sure if this is the correct spot to post this, but here goes...

I recently installed Yosemite and it's working well, but when I removed the Install USB Yosemite wouldn't boot. I must have forgotten to copy something when I installed Clover but I don't know what. Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve this?
 
I solved this by reconfiguring and reinstalling Clover and removing nv_disable=1 from Clover's config.plist. Booting with proper resolution now.
