You can now watch HTML5 videos in Safari

The title says it all! Note that this only works in iPhone OS 4 and it still needs work. You can play in the window or pinch to expand like on the iPad.

Really? It didn't work for me when I was still on 3.x.

It's not working for me on OS 3.1.3. I don't know how yours is working.
