You think Radioshack will be busy?

I love this thread. Because you would rather wait on lines at the Apple store I will simply walk in and out of RS with my iPhone4. Their volume is low so even one person can turn away many.

But... I guess enjoy waiting around all night and all day on the 23rd/24th? :eek:

And for those having it delivered, enjoy dealing with late deliveries and UPS/FedEx frustrations... I've been there too.
 
I just called my local Radio Shack and they have a waiting list. They said they'd call me next week and it's a first come/first served basis. They took my name/e-mail and phone number. I won't hold out for it, but if they call, it's only five minutes away from where I work. I figure it'd be worth a trip.

As for getting it at a Radio Shack vs. Best Buy/Apple store? Who cares? An iPhone is an iPhone, no matter where you get it. Or that's the way I see it, anyway.

While you're being sarcastic it would be really and extremely funny that your RS doesn't get any stock and then you will find yourself in a nice dileema. Point being, knock on wood because you're not out the woods just yet :rolleyes:
 
It's very unlikely that The Shack stores will get much inventory. The manager at the store where I "reserved" mine said that on the managers call they were told to only expect about 10 units. I'm #1 on the list, so I'm hoping they follow the rules and go down the list appropriately, but I wouldn't anticipate any left overs.
