Aloha,

I'm 47, work in the IT sector (Army C4ISR Network Engineer), and have a Swiss Army backpack in which I carry my late 2008 15" Core2Duo MacBook Pro. I am also an iPhone developer and that laptop is my primary development platform (even though I also have a 27" iMac).

Someone else mentioned resolution, which is my only complaint with respect to Apple's displays. Why is it that the POS Dell D810, I used daily at work, can get 1920x1200 and my MacBook Pro can only get 1440x900? They are physically the same size, and I suppose a technical reason exists for the lower resolution, but does anyone really know the reasoning for this? This same lower resolution for the same screen size exists for all Apple displays, as far as I can tell. Whatever the reason, however, I'm never going back to the dark side :D

I'm 19, I have 13 inch Pro and I'm a student at the university. I use it for study, like writing essays etc, and for fun like playing and recording guitar, web browsing, music, movies, gaming and so on. i'm completely happy with it. All I couldn't stand was any Windows (XP -> Vista -> 7) wich I finally got rid of for it's crapiness when I found out that steam was goming on Mac)
