Your Apple Watch Setup/Collection

Ordered 42mm Space Grey Aluminum and a Blue Leather Loop band so far.

I'll eventually pick up white and green sports bands and I'm holding out on a red leather loop and black Milanese loop.
 
I did the following in 42mm:

Space Black SS with Link
- Green Sport
- White Sport
- Black Sport (with Space Gray pin)

I'm going to also swap in my friend's Milanese loop to see how it looks. I'll also likely do a black leather loop some day.

Won't be paying Apple prices for any more bands but may add to my collection with 3rd party bands.:D

Preordered Milanese loop for daily wear and pink sport band for casual

Adding the pink modern buckle when it goes back on sale. Modern buckle was much more comfortable than I anticipated when I tried it on at the Apple Store.
 
Your Apple Watch Setup/Collection

Yeah, my "Collection" is 2 Stainless steel watches for me and the Mrs. With the Milanese loop, one 38, one 42, and 2 extra black sports bands for working out, to keep my 6'9" 345lbs all-muscle frame.
 
Sport White 42mm, and ordered a Black Leather Loop as well. Hopefully the loop will arrive not so long after the watch. Chose the white instead of the space gray because I wanted the aluminum casing.

Also ordered the Milanese Loop once I started to see the ship times get crazy. Was able to get into the April 29 - May 12 window for it.

Just yesterday I decided to order the Black Leather Loop. Figured I'd get in the order queue...for JUNE! Can't complain too much, at least I'm in the first shipment for the :apple:Watch.

  • Milanese for alternate
  • Black sport band for gym and running

I might pick up a leather strap, either loop or classic, once I have a chance to see them in person.

Sometimes I feel a little regret for canceling my Space Black order, but the fact that 'd be stuck with either link or leather loop with that one makes me glad I changed my mind.

Picked up a SS 42mm with Black Sport Band at launch. Ordered a Milanese Loop after I tried it on in a store the day after, and grabbed a blue sport a few days ago cause I'm gonna need something to match all the Sulley clothes/tattoos I have.
 
I'm starting with 38mm stainless/Milanese; I've got smallish wrists (I'm a woman, yes) and I own a 38mm watch now that is perfectly sized to my eyes, so I was pleased to see that I would not need a larger watch if I bought an Apple Watch.

I have also ordered a black sport band that will look a bit more casual and I plan to try on the Modern Buckle in-store soon so I know which size to order once they're available.

But... one thing.

Because I often find myself "between" holes on watch bands, and because I often find myself removing watches once the buckle irritates my skin enough, I want an infinitely-adjustable band. But there will be times when the Milanese Loop doesn't fit well with what I wear -- I'm a jeans and t-shirt type who's far from a fashion maven. So it's a real shame that I can't get a Leather Loop with a 38mm watch. :(

I'm hoping that the sport band will be comfortable and will fit well in one of the sizes that come in the package. I'm glad it doesn't have a conventional (classic) buckle; it might do as a stand-in until someone makes the kind of band I want for the 38mm watch.

Alas, there's no way to submit product feedback for the watch yet so I can't find a way to ask for one to be made. (I do think that there should be a 42mm Modern Buckle, too, yes!)

If a third party makes a good-quality magnetic or Velcro casual band that would stand in for a 38mm Leather Loop, please let me know via PM!
 
Good Lawd! Some of you went all out! I wanted to, but decided to wait and see what some of the 3rd bands are all about.
 
I ordered the link and I am planning to get the light brown leather loop, black or white sport band, and Milanese loop.
 
So I got the space grey Sport and also gave in to the nagging in my head telling me to order a blue leather loop.

Spending that money makes me feel uneasy, but I don't feel so bad now!

I'm a college student who wears about 90% track pants, t-shirts and sweat shirts so I don't think people generally have high fashion expectations for me. :)
 
I ordered the 42MM Sport with White Band

I plan to add the Black leather loupe eventually or a nice 3rd party band in the style of the classic buckle. I would buy they Apple Black Classic Buckle but the way the finishes clash is too unappealing.

It Money were no object, I would buy the 42MM SS with:
-Black Sport Band - Exercise and Casual
-Black Classic Buckle - Professional/Formal (Days I need to wear a suit to work)
-Brown Leather Loupe - Everyday wear
-Milanese Loupe - Everyday wear
-Link Bracelet - Everyday wear and (maybe?) Formal

To bad money is an object, right?

I ordered the 42mm SS Apple Watch with Milanese Loop, got confirmation email from Apple at the 3:02am ET mark, and then 10 minutes later ordered the green sports band.
 
Ordered the SS watch with milanese strap and just placed an order yesterday for the brown leather loop and black sports band
 
I ordered a 42mm Space Gray Sport with the Black Sports Band of course.

I'm holding off on the Leather Loops right now- $150 is just too much to justify for those bands for me. $100 would be more reasonable, so maybe I'll wait for some sort of sale or deal even if it is months away.
 
Is anyone getting their bands all in one day? I'm getting three different shipments throughout April & May, four including the Watch itself.

It's Christmas divided up into several days for me.
