just jailbreak and get miwi and youll be set, i have no reception issues or prox sensor issues.

I just switched from an iPhone to the Nexus One, and I must say I like the Nexus One a lot. I do miss iPhone's intuitive and highly uniform user interface. However, the N1 offers several advantages that really appealed to me:

1. Excellent system wide implementation of voice activation AND input by dictation.
2. Google Navigation: it's basically 95% as good as a Garmin Nuvi system (no lane assist etc), with the addition of full internet
3. Excellent Google apps integration: Gmail, Calendar and even Google Voice all work seamlessly with the Nexus One.
4. Nexus One is fully unlocked: this feature is very important to me as I travel abroad and swap my SIM cards frequently.
5. Of course, the data tethering on Froyo is just too useful to leave the N1.

Well I can't be bothered reading your post.

Either don't pick it up cause if you need us to give you a reason then its not really for you.

or Go pick it up, try it out. Keep it if you like it, Return it if you don't.

stay with the iphone. the display is to beautiful to pass up, the battery life is solid, and it will have more longevity than the nexus one. n1 hasn't been a wild success, so there's a risk that it will fall to the wayside with the next new android phone. the iphone is usually well supported for at least the length of your contract period (granted, my 3g was slow but my friend is using it now and it's a good stopgap until he is eligible for an i4) and will have a solid resale value.

plus the app store is flourishing. no telling what apps will come out that you will find useful
