I think I'll be looking at either an MX Revolution or an MX1000. Thanks for all the suggestions... now I just gotta wait for after xmas to get the iMac and then mouse

in my experience wireless mice suck, the battery will die, you have to constantly recharge the battery......etc......

I agree. I've gone through a lot of wireless mice, USB and bluetooth, and none have the 100% reliability of a wired input device. I hate wires, but I hate flawed mousing more.

I use the current Kensington trackball, have been using various models for ten years now (yes, even their wireless one, that ended up in the circular file due to wireless/battery stutter).

Revolution VX - the small one, not the MX.

Same here, great mouse.
I did want the MM but I'm not so sure anymore as I have arthritic hands and wrists and it probably won't be comfortable for me
