Your opinion on i4 unlock release

from what I have read Telus will allow factory unlocking 1st quarter 2011 I am guessing it would be non contract phones http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/unlocking/telus-to-unlock-devices-in-2011-for-a-fee/ among others AT&T won't do even if you are out of contract but then again you don't care about any of this!

Here are some updates:

Apparently, the unlock for 02.10.04 is also goign to be for 03.10.01.

Also 95% sure that it is going to be a downgrade method to 01.59.0.

Also, concerning SHAtter exploit:

In case you are one of our readers, you may know that a hacker known as pod2g developed SHAtter exploit with the help of Chronic Dev Team member p0sixninja to jailbreak iOS 4.1 on new-generation device but GeoHot came with Limera1n to jailbreak all devices on iOS 4.1 and SHAtter was saved for iPhone 5 and iPad 2.


iH8sn0w, the iPhone developer behind Sn0wbreeze and some other tools had the code an apparently gave it to iHaz3 who's not related to any dev teams. Some sources claiming that this guy has started publishing SHAtter's exploit publicly which would burn this exploit. We'll be back for more updates !

Also dev-team members said that they will try to get this done by christmas. Nothing garantee.
