I'll keep my opinion to myself

Thank you, or the thread would be headed to PRSI in a heartbeat.

Just a list of my apple products and their specs so if I have a problem I don't have to explain my devices.

I added Rest In Peace Steve Jobs after Jobs' death. I threw in my Mac Pro specs for two reasons, one because that seems to be a typical thing to do among forum members, and two because I don't have to list my specs every time I post a response or thread that would require me to list them.

Y'all? Y'all?? You're from New England for God's sake. ;)

OT: I've been "from" many places, none of which are south of the Mason-Dixon line ;) (I'll have to live in NE for ~5 more years to have lived here longer than I lived in California).

It's just a deficiency of the English language that we have poor choices of pronouns that can too easily be misinterpreted as being directed at an individual than a group. I wanted to be sure that my comment was not seen as singling out any one particular member. I'm open to other suggestions.

EDIT: To stay on topic, I updated my sig.

I used to have a list of apple products merely because it was suggested when I signed up. Then I realized I post mostly in Community or PRSI, and I decided to axe it.

I chose my quote because I think it makes quite a good point and it's something that's easy to forget these days. The longer full version of the quote is better but it's far too many characters to fit in a MR signature.

Mine was originally all help stuff, until I had a series of run-ins with some special posters awhile back.

Do tell!!!

Anyway, your MRoogle link is broken, since MRoogle has gone the drain. Maybe replace it with LMFGTFY.

My signature is mood dependant, and is changing almost every month. Once I had links in it to some guides I made, but since it didn't help (who knows, maybe it did), I got rid of it.

One line is just me being helpful for my photo friends, the other is more interesting. Yahoo mail had a glitch/Easter Egg at one time. If you clicked "Subject" in an email composition, it randomly generated a subject line. The one in my sig just seemed so right...

I knew it was broken, which is why I provided the alternate. Left the link there for posterity reasons, just in case e ever gets it working again.

I'd tell, but then I'd have to shoot you (and the mods).

The first part is the not-so-obligatory current Mac gear list.

The quote below it, aligned right, is the closest thing that the character in my avatar has for a "catchphrase".

And, even though this thread is about signatures and not Location... mine is derived from the song "Studio", written and performed by American Idol reject Sponjetta Parrish. I'm a hobbyist musician, and I have a "studio" of sorts, so I felt it apropos.
