Seems awfully pink to me. Has anyone here seen a dead body that's been in the water for awhile? I have. It ain't pink, my friends.
The her explanation seemed odd... that hand JUMPS out at me.
Sorry, but it had to be said. Les kern, that's a pretty good point, you'd think it'd be a bit more grey... Then again, it's probably been thawed out for quite a while - quite a bit is standing out of the water.
Nice park they have there. Wasnt this the concept of a movie a while back? Someone takes a picture and unknowingly gets important info regarding a murder and has to run from the mob, or something...?
Yes, I have seen a dead body that has been in the water for a while... White, bloated, nasty, not pretty.... This hand, however had been frozen in ice in what appears to be a rather cold environment and should have been very well preserved. Also IMO the color of the hand is more gray than pink...

Yes, after the photo has been developed and blown up the hand does JUMP out at you. That is how she found it and reported it. Without seeing the original image I cannot say, but I would guess by the pixelation that the picture we are seeing is appx 25% of the original photo.
I have taken "Staged" photos where after developing I notice things that I did not see originally. From her story she was just snapping photos without care.
