Yeah this guy also had a habit of calling in "sick" so he could stay home and watch football...couch potato as well.

If it made the other employees uncomfortable, why did he last that long in the first place?

Consider which company this is...I'm surprised they didn't make this guy assistant manager. They'll put up with almost any sort of s**t as long as it stays between employees...they only did something about it once customers were involved. Wouldn't have wanted to lose this customer's $600 a month.
