I can function on 6 hours sleep but more the better. Sleep is awesome, your off in your little world. Only down side is you wake up and all your problems still remain meh

During the week Mon to Fri - i will sleep from like 9:30pm till about 4, go to the toilet get back into bed then fall asleep until my alarm goes off at 6.

Sat / sun, i get out of bed when i feel like. That would be 7am, 9 or 11am.

I get home from work at 11p so depending on what needs to get done I'm in bed somewhere between 1 and 3am. Normally up by noon at the latest.

Soooo.... around 8 hours/night. Feels good. :D

On Saturday night, I slept at about 11 PM. Woke up at 3 PM, Sunday afternoon. Yes, 16 hours of sleep. lol. Then, Sunday Night, fell asleep around 10:30, woke up at 6:15 for school on Monday morning.

On school nights, I'm in bed by 10:45. Waking up at 6:15. 7 and a half hours of sleep. And then on Weekends, I sleep for a good 12 hours at night.

I would say 4-6 hours Sunday - Thursday nights, then 6-8 on weekend nights. I need more during the weekday, but I make up for it with caffeine. Coffee when I wake up to start the day, more after lunch and sometimes more at night. I can fall asleep easy and stay asleep, just too much to do because of school.

I love going to sleep. When you can think about whatever you want. I try to savor that time but usually fall asleep too fast.

Does anyone have problems with their legs when they try to sleep? Every once in a while my legs will get a sensation where they HAVETO move, so i toss an turn for hours! Itll easily last 3-5 hours, me trying to sleep. Its the most annoying thing ever because I love sleeping.

Restless leg syndrome?

Had that due to a side effect of the medication I was on at the time. It's no fun at all.

I have to have a bit of sound while I sleep. Audiobooks are great, as long as there's no shouty bits or, even more annoying, loud bits of music between chapters!

I'll sleep whenever I can. Which hasn't been too often these last few months, and is going to be even less these next few years.
For the last 8 or so years I've been in a constant state of being physically shattered, I know really know I'm totally exhausted when I start having cognitive problems:
Forgetting what I was talking about 1/2 way through a sentence
Not being able to actually get the sentence out in the first place
Not being able to understand spoken instructions
etc
or more than the usual pain.

You know when you're about to get flu and you ache all over, your joints hurt and you can't think?
That's me when I'm tired.

I have been known to sleep 22 hours a day on weekends or days off... I'll get up to eat and go to the loo, then it's back to bed. This is something I haven't done for about 4 months now and it's beginning to show...
