Siri can now search iTunes, App Store and iBooks and you can even ask her to buy stuff.

• Predictive Type animation has been sped up
• iBooks has a download icon next to some fonts...maybe we will be able to manage fonts soon?

Holy cow the auto-brightness sensor is fast.

- Turn off auto-brightness
- Slide brightness to the far left
- Turn auto-brightness On
- Watch the slider jump up.

At this point that's all you can expect. From now on there wont be any significant UI changes.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I think a lot of people here though expect more "Visual Changes" just to see a new look or significant change.

Beta 5 is performing a lot quicker though. Thumbs up to that.

"Enable SMS Relay

Jonathan's MacBook Air would like to use your phone number for SMS Relay"

First time I get this, macbook air is running mavericks, not yosemite.

Anyone have a screenshot of Enable SMS Relay?

Those who followed WWDC already know that iOS 8 is more under the hood changes and tweaks and less feature and UI changes.

Personally, I'm excited about:

- Developers having access to share sheets to add more "open with" options and actions.
- The Handoff/Continuity with my Macbook Pro
- The ability for Devs to add their own widgets to notifications.

Continuity is definitely a prime feature in iOS 8 and yeah I can't wait for Extensions on the Notification Center.

I accidentally said 'No' when my iPhone asked if my iPad could access the SMS relay. Where can I reenable this? I did not see it under privacy settings.

wow, seems like all installed apps have a system settings now.
apps that have asked for permissions to use location or images are now listed as it's their own setting.
the settings have list have approx. as many records as I have apps installed.

I think this is new, previously I only noticed settings for apps that have their own setting and the apps that asked for permissions was listed elsewhere.

isn't this new ? i'm pretty sure.
