I'm getting the sorry page too. Ordered on the 12th, wasn't expecting to see a change from "processing" today, but hopefully tomorrow. My delivery date is showing as 20th-27th.

Before the 'Sorry' page went up my expected delivery was 27th Oct - 3rd Nov, but now it has changed to 2nd Nov - 9th Nov, how is this fair?! A company as big as Apple should be ready for high demand.

mine is still the same :/ i want it to be delivered by wednesday come on! just for information after how many days or how much time the status is changed to Preparing for shipment? i m asking this from the people who got their iPhones!

I don't think I've heard of this happening to anybody else, could be wrong though.

What time on the 14th did you order? I ordered about 4:30pm and have delivery for 24th - 31st Oct.
I just walked straight in to one of the Bristol vodafone stores and picked up a 32gb white,no fuss took me 5 mins....
I ordered my iPhone 4S online on October 14th and my delivery estimate was 24-31. I did got tired of waiting and I went to local Three store yesterday to see if they have any iPhones as PAYG basis. Well they had! Not 16GB models but 32 and 64gb models in black. So I instantly bought one and canceled my online order. Even though my new iPhone is locked to Three they told me that I can easily unlock it for 15 pounds when ever I want. But since my plan was to go with this one deal Three has, I don't have to unlock it now. I paid about 715 pounds for 64GB model and it came with a £15 deal which give me "All you can eat data, 3000texts, 300mins" for next 30 days...
So if you don't wanna wait go and check you local Three store! This week I also went to Apple store at Regent Street and they had iPhones in stock but only with contracts... So there are ways to get your phone right now if you really want it.

i went to the three store and they said they dont give the fones on PAYG basis!! u need to sign a contract!!
Ordered today, will be here 1-8th Nov according to order confirmation.
These people getting irate over a 3-4 week wait, seriously, you`re not waiting for a new liver, calm down, relax, enjoy the anticipation, whatever.
Hell, this will be my first iPhone so I am looking forward to it but I have no plans to set my order status as my homepage and sit there hitting refresh for the next 3 weeks.

Should be a full stop after Processing Items.
Dispatch date is estimate. US and other international Apple stores use Ships instead of Dispatched used by Apple UK

ohk!! and yeah there is a graphical Arrow after Processing time!! i ordered from apple uk! and when i open up the US store it shows SHips! and when i open the UK store it shows Dispatched!! thanx for clearing
just for information after how many days or how much time the status is changed to Preparing for shipment? any rough ideas?
I ordered in the morning, but I had to go through Bank Transfer. It's a free iPhone for me anyway.

My brother just ordered a white 16gb through Vodafone, and is offering to sell it to me but I am on O2 - does anyone know if the ones from Vodafone are unlocked straight away out of the box? If not, how would I go about getting it unlocked?

I ordered white 32g on the morning of the 9th. Went to preparing for shipment on Friday 20th and to Shipped on the afternoon of the 21st (yesterday) Expected arrival 25th against initial date range of 24 - 31
They are locked out of the box but if it is on PAYG I think you can ring vodafone and pay £15 to get it unlocked.
Next week I'm visiting my sister in London and I have one question. Is there any stock left on apple stores or every 4s is sold out?
