Sam Chavez: Yes I did check on the account and I show that there has already been a request for unlocking the device we have to wait 24-48 hours to receive instructions on how to unlock device.

Sam Chavez: No they barley submitted the request on 04/08 you should check your email or the method of contact for instructions on how to unlock the device if approved.
George : i checked the email about 20 times since then, can you take an action or somthing right now ,i have been waited to get on this chat for almost three hours

Sam Chavez: No unfortunately because once we submit the request it is a different department that handles the unlocking for the device the only way of contacting them is by cases which has already been submitted for you, at the moment the only thing we can do is wait because they might be backed up we have had many request for unlocking the iPhones.
