Has anyone else had problems ordering with them? How is their customer service? I ordered 2 complete sets to go with an extra back and they only sent me 2 backs.:mad:

Hypebeast - I had ordered two sets and received them only the backs where for the iphone 4/s. I contacted customer service and they emailed me back right away and had told me they sent out new sets and if i wanted they would refund me.

So i give the customer service department a thumbs up

I ordered mine off of amazon but it came sealed in a xtremeguard manila/yellow envelope. The reason I am writing here is to ask if anyone has noticed their front shield being cut a little long, mine has a tiny bit of overhang I cant seem to fix without making the button hole not line up.

Since I assume this is a legit xg shield, has anyone else found anything like that? I think it is just a fluke but it makes putting a bumper on a bit hard as it tries to peel there.

I noticed my iPhone 4 front screen is a little too long at the top, though it may be because I have a tiny more room at the bottom. It seem to be very close edge to edge so it should be placed perfectly.

I would get rid of the front shield as it is crap and step up to a real shield. Not even sure why you would expose the front to a wet install. I did the back using Xtremeguardz with very little amount of water/soap mixture and microfiber on hand to dry it up. THe front I used a GeneriK AG/AF film which has a nice thickness to protect the screen and has a perfect dry install fit.

My setup is

Otterbox commuter
Generik Front
Xtremeguards rear

GENERIK SCREEN PROTECTOR

To be honest I have done a lot of wet installs and done a lot for others, I always used zagg, I did so much business with zagg I was a zagg zealot (you spend big money in a year to get that). I dont use them now because of a few reasons but I digress.

I always check all of the water sensors and I have not once tripped any. Zagg, in all the skins I saw, cut a little smaller so you didnt have screen/skin overhang issues. I see they did this on the back for xg too, why the front is cut so close I do not understand.

If you are worried about the speaker hole for front wet installs, its no different than your phone ever getting a drop or two of rain on the front by accident. If you use more water than that then you are putting the skins on wrong.

I actually had a few of the zagg spray bottles left over so I used it for the install but all you need to do to install these things is clean the screen with the microfiber, put some of the solution (for mine, I used about 3 sprays of the bottle I had) and then put the skin on.

Ordered a different one from BodyGuardz. Im disappointed. I got a 2 screen protectors , but the 2 back protectors were for the iphone 4/4s. It was significantly shorter than the front protector.

Just picked up 2 sets of screen protectors (don't need full body since I use a case) for $1.50 shipped. Was able to use the original code 85OFF2

I ordered these this early this morning and I just checked my email and I've already received shipping confirmation. 2 screen protectors for $1.50 shipped and they have already processed my order this quickly, I couldn't be happier wih my purchase. I actually went back on their site and ordered 2 full body kits for $3 shipped just to have as backup. It's a great deal so I couldn't pass it up.

Dont know what kind of shipping they use, but it takes time for sure. Took 12 days till it reached. Their CS hasnt been helpful for me although they shipped me the wrong back protector. (for iphone 4s instead of iphone 5)

Edit: attached pic. This happen to anyone else?

I received mine quickly but I'm contemplating if I want to put it on. Anyone else worried about getting the phone wet to the extent it leaks and triggers a liquid sensor?

It's possible but don't use that much water. I dip the film then let the water run off and dab it on a napkin to get excess. It only takes a bit of liquid for it to glide freely for installation.

Got 2 new protectors and the new ones are much better clarity and looks much better than the old model. I installed 2 of them on a black and came out perfect for both phones. Bang for buck these rock

Edit: I only use xtremeguardz for the rear and use GENERIK AG/AF for the front. Best combo for clarity, anti glare and protection. Add a Incipio dual pro, otterbox commuter or speck candy shell and this baby will be brand new forever.

So far I'm pretty impressed by this company. I ordered 2 front screen protectors on the 16th and I received them today. I also ordered two full body sets on the 17th so I expect they will be here tomorrow. I haven't been able to install them yet, been running around doing errands and my daughter has a choir concert tonight but so far so good.

Ordered on the 10/17 and received them today(10/22). Not sure how I like them yet, kinda got mixed reviews. I ordered 2 Full Body sets and ended up getting 4 Fronts/3 Backs. Not sure how that happened but for a buck or two, not bad.

Have you contacted them? Seems odd. I've already ordered twice and received both orders within 3-5 days

Yes i did and even email them back asking for replacement my order still somewhere lost.

This guys are worst in replying too.

Now i see why they are so cheap.. Worst customer service would never suggest any one to buy from them..

Just thought I'd share in case anyone was interested. I ordered 2 a while ago and loved them. I just ordered 8 more and the coupon code still works. $6 for 8 back covers. I hated the front but the back is nice. :D

is the iphone 5 have a super IPS screen ? its def not as good as my htc one x was and i think addding a front screen protector will make it even worse -__- im gonna just buy one of these for the back
