The "I just bought/ordered/shipped/received my new iPhone 6/6 Plus" thread

An hour later I got an email from Apple saying the bank declined my payment.So after calling the bank the guy told me to pay again through the apple website so I did and my order status stayed something as "payment revision required" for around 24 hours. I checked today and my order is saying processing items and is still scheduled for a 9/19 delivery. I am curious if am I still set to receive my phone on the 19th after a delay in the payment? And also how come my order is still saying processing items? Do any of you guys have a similar problem with the processing items? Thanks

I had same issue with mine but payment processed at 8 am called apple today and said it would not affect deliver by date
 
AppleCare delay?

Did anyone order through Apple and add AppleCare+? Do we think that will delay the order? Still says delivering 9/19 but still "processing," no tracking # yet.
 
Decided on an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB in Space Grey last night. Arrives 10-17 October - oh well, will give me a chance to buy a case (or cancel it if 5.5" is too big :p )

Didn't order Apple Care. I have an Apple Store 5-15min from where I live. When I finally receive my phone I'll go there and get the Apple Care
 
I preordered early the 128GB and it originally said 9/19 just checked it now deliver by 10/14. Really bummed, may try my luck at a VZW store.
 
Anyone have any idea when Apple will notify pre-orders to be picked up in stores when the pickup time will be? My order is still "processing" but says it will be ready for pickup on 9/19 at the Apple Store. Just curious how much advance notice I can expect for the pickup time. I'm about an hour drive from the store. This is my first pre-order with store pickup.
 
I was one of the many who stayed up to preorder when the servers went live. Like many, I noticed the Apple Store was down. With time passing I quickly hit AT&T and tired to order. After an insane amount of errors, I was finally able to get the order to go through at 2:58 AM (58 minutes after the servers went live). When I placed the order the shipping date was set for the 19th. When I got my confirmation email it was set for the 19th.

This morning I woke up to an email saying my order will not ship until 10/31 - 11/11. How can they push it back almost two months! What upsets me is after reading the posts on this site, it sounds like the are many people who ordered way after me, but will get theirs only a few days late.

I'm thinking about going to AT&T on Friday and waiting in line to see if I can pick one up; what do you all recommend? :mad:
 
6 Plus 128 GB Space Grey (T-Mobile). Ordered through Apple website. Estimated arrival: Oct 1-Oct 6. :cool:

Sounds like your order was at the same time as mine. Was your order pushed back at all? Mine was pushed back to 10/31 - 11/11

Ordered iphone 6 64gb with apple care, still saying processing as well although delivery is still scheduled for 9/19
 
fastest possible 6+

I have to travel to europe in mid oct and would like to take a 6+ with me...what configuration would be the fastest to get? a gold/ATT/128? Or are they all about the same for ship time?

She said it was coming from somewhere in the US and could ship overnight the day before the promised Sept. 19 date. I've never had an Apple order arrive later than promised, not worried.

Yes, my cc company thought the charge was fraudulent and declined it, took a few hours to clear that up. I'm told my order is fine and I'll have my phone on the 19th.

Thanks for that Mike..well that prices it..ordered mine around same time..I was told today by staff member that some if their machines did not process orders properly and my order wasn't processed correctly...then she added...well u will get in end...I'm not letting this to..least they can do is make one available to me in store on 19th but they prob won't

If you waiting until today to order the 6 Plus, you are probably not going to see it until November at the earliest.

10 4 - I have an order in on last friday, so it saying it's shipping the week I leave (oct 13-18) -damn! do they ever beat their estimates?

just thought maybe there was a combo that no one ordered that would be quicker, all combos are ok with me...it's for a present/business gift so specs do not matter...

Try one of the iPhone 6 16gb I checked verizon this morning there were shipping on time
 
Doh, I knew this would be hard. I'm not really a patient person to begin with when it comes to these things. :rolleyes: It could be worse, i'd be crying if I had to wait until late Oct, mid-Nov (as the Xmas commercials kick into high gear on the TV..ugh!)
