I don't think so. I think it just means that you haven't been assigned a specific phone yet. I ordered mine around 3:50 AM eastern, and some people earlier than me are seeing it there, others aren't. I think it has to do with many factors but as long as you have an active order and it comes up when searched for, you should be good.
Order through Apple Store App, iPhone 6 128GB Silver AT&T. 9/19 delivery. Phone showed up in my support page today, showing that the phone is getting ready to ship. Still says processing though. Very Excited!

I know I'm late but I went today to try and pre-order a 6 plus at best buy and was told they are not doing pre orders for the plus anymore? Is this true? Anyone else experience this at best buy??

Still don't see a new model in my device profile. Maybe they haven't actually put my specific phone in a box yet.
Question - I keep getting the 'your iPhone reservation' email saying my reservation is going to end tomorrow. When I was trying to order through the Apple Store app on Friday, it put me in that queue but then shortly after, I was able to just order anyway w/o going through the reservation. Is it ok to just ignore that email or will it somehow affect my placed order?
Mine changed to preparing for shipment just a few minutes ago. Not that I was checking all day long....
Quick question. I bought my iPhone 6 through the apple website but did guest checkout although I did have an apple id account which is my mistake. So I can't check if my device is on the apple support profile is there a way I can add my order number to my apple I'd account? Thanks
That queue will allow you to buy another one but if you don't need it then just ignore it. I did the same as you. I got my ordered in. Then when I tried to buy another one, i got the queue. But I did it this morning and I still was able to get it deliver 9/19 so the reservation system is great!

Ordered an iPhone 6 Plus 64gb space grey just before 3am EST, had no issues with placing the order on the verizon website. Got a confirmation email about an hour after the order was submitted. So far when I check order status it displays "order being processed check again tomorrow". However deliver by displays 9/19. I will keep posting replies pending there are any new updates. I can't wait for next Friday!! I can't imagine if I was one of those people that got it a day early because it slipped through FedEx. That might be a lot to handle at once.

6+ 64gb for Verizon that I ordered on the Apple Store store shortly after it finally went live is no longer processing. Preparing for shipment. Is it Friday yet?
This sucks, I ordered 2 6 plus off contact and was able to get a nice ship date but today I found the order was cancelled
