Yes I've noticed this on mine, I'm guessing that's how it is. The button otherwise feels nice and solid.
UPS118 has flown straight past Shanghai and I can't find out where it's going either?
Keep watching around that airport, you'll see a UPS plane leaving there soon, then you will see the new flight numbers and destinations. If your tracking status changes around the time the flight takes off, you know yours is on it.
UPS 118 is to Shenzhen, UPS 182 is to Shanghai and is about to land.
I'm working today - and keeping an eye on the forum as distraction (ie work avoidance). It's always fun watching people wind themselves up at this stage of a new launch. I stepped in as a kindness, to try and save you from yourself.
So you did agree to it, then. You could have bailed and waited to reserve one in store. But you didn't. It was your choice. Own it
The only thing that's really bothered me today is reading about people who are wasting Apple's and UPS's time. It's JUST a delivery - and it will still be early (for us Korea ppl) even it it doesn't come today!
1) I didn't accept it willingly cos obviously didn't know if stores would come back in stock so quick, from the online sales saying 3-4 weeks I'd assume stores would be screwed as well, like they normally are....if there was any indication I could have reserved one last night and pick up today then obviously I would have cancelled my online order, I just assumed my 7-10 days was quickest option......I don't know how often I have to stress that I REALLY don't mind what day it arrives now, but I am kind of OCD in that I like to know what is happening as 100% fact, if they said Wednesday is 100% then that's cool with me too.
2) I have never wasted apples time phoning them, as I've said hundreds of times in this thread, all I did was phone UPS once this morning, and they said Monday, that's why I went out from 11-3 cos knew it wasn't coming today even after that ridiculous email from apple saying it would.....now all I want to see is some movement from UPS on their tracking, that's all I want just to make sure our orders haven't been lost. Don't think that's too much to ask.
Do we know if anyone the UPS planes heading here are carrying iPhones for carriers too or are they all Apple stock only?

If apple hadn't told us it was coming today, or then Monday, or now Tuesday... wait Saturday again... never maybe... then people wouldn't feel the need to call and find out which of the 37 different delivery dates they have are actually correct. Some people just like to know. What's wrong with that?
I'd be fine with the 30th, or even the 3rd, frankly today would have been ace, Monday is great as is Tuesday... Wed... etc. If they had just left it where it was, or not changed it until they could say for sure, ie it's in the UK not half way round the world. Sorry for all the people that need 'real' help with their kit but just remember why people are calling apple/ups in the first place wasting their time...
Personally, I'd just like to know, I want to be here when it comes because I'd prefer not to have to call the courier, wait behind all the people still trying to find out when theirs will arrive because they've been told 20 different things to re-arrange the delivery...

Just ordered iPhone 6 Plus from UK Apple Store, and it says dispatch in 3-4 Weeks, will it really take that long or can they arrive early?

If yours has been stuck in Korea you won't get it today, like the rest of us we don't really know, UPS told me Monday but whether they know that for a fact, God only knows!
You'll have it within 2 weeks I should imagine, mine was delivery between 1st - 6th Oct but now it's getting delivered Monday

I'm on the website, perhaps it shows a little more info. No idea how long they're on the ground for... looking at other peoples tracking info it's between 1-3 hours at each stop.
Not even sure the Korea ones were on those planes... my tracking still says it hasn't moved.

I reckon you'll get an arrival scan from one of the planes. I'm hoping for a departure scan soon. How long is a flight from Shanghai to UK? I think the planes have been landing at Stansted.
*sigh* I thought the Korea thing might've been a glitch since it's been there for an entire day and a half. Annoyed, I couldn't get proper sleep last night because I was excited.

How long is a flight from Shanghai to UK? I think the planes have been landing at Stansted.
It won't go direct, probably go to Dubai then Cologne before us... others went to Almaty then Warsaw then Cologne. From Cologne it will probably split to Stansted/East Midlands depending on where you are in the UK.
Been out all day and just got in to find no parcels and no updates. Good think I left the house or id be pissed
