I wanted to get Care plus for my iphone air only but now that Applecare One has launched they have removed that option.
The only option you have now is either paying for theft and loss or getting Applecare One.
My guess is this has been done to get more people onto Applecare One as its £12...
I’m trying to decide if to get a new MacBook Air from the Apple Store (with student discount) or from Costco which is slightly cheaper. I can’t seem to figure out how to add AppleCare+ on Costco website though, despite lots of places suggesting it’s possible.
If I purchased the Costco MacBook...
It's been a while since I upgraded my elderly mother's iPad. I'll be buying one in the US at Microcenter near where I live and bringing it back for her. Should I be buying the AppleCare when I test it before leaving with my Apple ID, or should I buy it with her Apple ID when we get there and set...

I've a Macbook Pro M1 Pro that was issued to me in my software developement job. Unfortunately a year ago I was made redundant but as part of my exist package I was gifted the MacBook by the company as a 'Sorry, hope...
i have only ever bought AppleCare a few times for different macs, I have never bought it for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch/tv, I like the idea of it but it’s a large expense to add to the top price of apple gear. I am curious to see what the feeling is on the forum, do you buy it? Is it worth it...
Hi,
I’ve just got the new iPhone XS & I definitely think I’ll need some kind of cover. What do other people in the UK go for - AppleCare or mobile insurance? And which companies do you recommend. Thanks

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Apologies I'm still new here on MacRumours
I have had a couple of bad run-ins with AppleCare here in UK. The latest is my Late 2012 Mac Mini i7 2.3Ghz 1TB Fusion HD with Upgraded 16Gb Memory purchased later. So far I've had 2 Logic Boards & 1 Fusion Drive replacements. Now the Fusion Drive is...
