Why No Lens Correction Setting for Wide Camera?

iPhone 12 Pro Screen flicker and colors
I took a video with my iPhone 12 Pro tonight and sent it to a non iPhone user. when I sent the video the screen started doing some weird stuff and flickering with weird colors. I did a restore and it still isn’t fixing it. Is this a known issue? -
