MP 1,1-5,1 Mac 4,1 stuck on Apple logo after CPU upgrade
Hi, I’ve just upgraded my flashed 4,1, Opemcore 0.70 on my system disk which is an SSD in a OWC caddy, with two lidless X5690. When I start the machine Iget the chime and the Apple logo and then nothing happens. @tsialex kindly suggested to NVRAM 4 times, which I did, still the same. Any clues...- julienbecker

Hello, I have a MacPro 4,1 dual cpu that I inherited. When I initially got it there was no power, so I replaced the PSU.
