Hi everyone,

I’m an indie developer — a computer science and art double-major in my second year at university.

I love dancing, photography, and programming, and I built Imprint to solve a problem I kept running into when sharing my own photos: protecting them quickly and safely without compromising privacy.

Here’s what the interface looks like:

Imprint is an on-device image privacy toolkit for Mac. It helps photographers, designers, and creators protect their work — all completely offline.

🔧 What You Can Do

  • Batch processing for everyone – free users can process multiple images at once
  • Watermark options: text, logo, and invisible/digital watermarks
  • Custom templates: save and reuse your watermark presets
  • Metadata control: remove EXIF, GPS, camera, and device info
  • Recursive folder processing: export PNG/JPEG to your chosen folder

⚡ Why Imprint

  • Blazing fast: process 1000+ 4K images in under a minute
  • 100% on-device: no uploads, no servers
  • Privacy-first: perfect for confidential images
  • Clean, simple UI: drag-and-drop workflow, dark mode support

💡 How It Works

  1. Drag & drop images or a folder
  2. Choose watermark options & metadata removal
  3. Click Start Processing and get results in seconds

I’ll keep this thread updated with new releases, bug fixes, and improvements.

Feedback is very welcome — feature requests, workflow suggestions, or edge cases you’d like me to support.

👩 About Me

I’m an indie developer passionate about combining technology and art.

I study computer science and art at university, and when I’m not coding, you’ll find me dancing or taking photos.

Building Imprint is my way of helping other creators protect their work — I’d love to hear what you think!
